We come across them in rescue and are one of the groups that don't euthanize. We have considered sending them to sanctuaries but haven't felt warm and fuzzy about the ones we have visited or investigated. I guess that would be better than euthanasia but we normally give them a chance to convert. Most of the time, they seem to love being indoors. Every leuk positive I have ever owned (12) has been a stray and they are not all 100% indoor cats.
