[Felvtalk] Cats and neem oil

I have a lemongrass inside with scales and mealy bugs.  I would like to spray it and do a soil drench.  Problem my cats love to eat lemongrass and I do not want to kill them while saving the plant which I can replace.  I have not been able to get a satisfactory answer from the Green light company (which is now owned by Scotts) and my vet cannot give me an answer.  HELP!
