[Felvtalk] Rehome one-year-old grey cat

Hi Maria,

           An FeLV+ (or FIV+) cat MUST be kept indoors. The risk of infecting other cats is not acceptable, and the FeLV+ cat needs to be protected from the perils of the great outdoors. Their immune systems are compromised, so they can't handle infections  or injuries that probably wouldn't be much trouble for healthy cats. While I do manage a feral colony, I strongly believe that pet cat belong indoors, preferably with access to a porch or dedicated cat enclosure. I do not adopt to outdoor or indoor/outdoor homes.
