Thank you everyone for your incredibly kind and thoughtful responses. Just
a quick update: I connected with our vet last week and we discussed many of
the options you recommended. I decided to get the input of another vet, and
so I am taking Charlie to a specialist in internal medicine on Monday. I
will keep you all posted. Thank you again for the well wishes, it really
helps.
